😂 The Curtain Box Is So Small… Yet We Still Made It Work!

If I didn’t tell you,

you probably wouldn’t even notice—

👉 The curtain and sheer are actually sewn together! 😆

As the saying goes:

“With enough skill and patience, even an iron rod can be ground into a needle!” 💪

The curtain box is already very limited in space,

and the usual installation is challenging enough.

But the customer wanted to add:

✨ Wave Fold Treatment

✨ High-Temperature Setting

✨ Memory Fold Curtain

Now THIS is where the real craftsmanship is tested! 😂

Most high-temperature setting machines

are normally designed to handle one layer of fabric at a time:

👉 Either the curtain gets high-temperature setting

OR

👉 The sheer gets high-temperature setting

But this project?

🔥 Curtain + sheer sewn together

🔥 Then both layers go through high-temperature setting together!

And that is not something every setting machine can handle.

A small curtain box may look simple,

but there is actually a lot of craftsmanship behind it. 😎

From measuring, cutting, sewing, high-temperature setting,

to the final installation—
