I usually recommend one thing to landlords:

👉 Go with curtains.

Because curtains have always been one of the most practical and cost-effective choices.

✅ Reasonable price
✅ Durable
✅ Easy to use
✅ Fewer maintenance issues

Especially for rental properties, tenants come and go, and everyone has different ways of using things.

Some tenants pull gently…
Some pull like they’re opening a bank vault! 😂

If you install different types of Blinds — such as Venetian Blinds, Zebra Blinds, Roller Blinds, etc. — after frequent use:

⚠️ Bead chains may break
⚠️ Small components may get damaged
⚠️ Slats may bend
⚠️ Mechanisms may get stuck

And sometimes…

The repair cost is more expensive than expected.
Or simply replacing the whole blind makes more sense. 😅

Compared to curtains,

as long as they are used normally,
curtains can serve you for many years.

Even after several tenants have moved in and out,
the curtains can often continue to be used.

For rental properties:

💰 Keeping costs under control is important.
💰 Minimising maintenance is important.
💰 Durability is even more important.

So if you ask me:

“What should I install in a rental house?”

My answer is usually:

租客来来去去，
每个人使用习惯都不同。

有些租客会轻轻拉，

长期频繁使用后：
